period from the date of purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Jolly Pet
purchase, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received. This means the
product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@jollypet.com within the 14-day return period. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our
part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return
process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
